Autometronicschool. - Although BMW has three kinds of scooter in this time, but BMW also has released a design patent estimated scooter will carry a smaller engine. This scooter will complete three scooter models already owned BMW.

According DetikOto 24/07/2015 that BMW currently has three scooters on the market that can be called 'maxi-scooter'. Therefore, the three scooter that has a relatively large performance with big body. All three are the C600 Sport, C650GT which uses twin cylinder and electric scooters C Evolution.

Recent patent documents indicate that BMW is preparing a smaller scooter. Documents filed with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) showing a single-cylinder engine vibration dampers.

The design patent does not describe in detail the engine. But, it seems that this scooter will use a single-cylinder engine. It was enough to be the difference of a typical machine known in the lineup motors BMW.

Frame that is present in this design also looks new. Rear suspension appeared vertically mounted on the end of the swingarm. It was different from the C600 and C650GT which have horizontal rear shock braker and C Evolution is more tilted toward the seat.

It is estimated that, BMW will consider the engine capacity from 150cc to 300cc. This machine will still be the smallest engine in two-wheel BMW lineup, maybe even smaller than the machines developed for the motor result of cooperation between BMW-TVS.

This design patent also does not inform how quickly the development of BMW's small scooter up to the production stage. See the level of detail in the patent illustration, this BMW is expected scooter requires a fairly long time in development.
