According Auto Okezone (10/09/2015) that PT BMW Motor Corp has turned back a new product derived from the i series family, the same as the previous model that carries environmentally friendly engines. Sedan which will be named i7 will also be a non-polluting vehicles.

Although the manufacturer BMW is still reluctant to open like more information on this product. But reportedly, the i7 is the first product to be manufactured using the latest BMW Cluster Architecture.

Where architectures for this model have been using modular framework. In fact, the future BMW manufacturers will use this platform simultaneously for the production of the latest series of 3 to seri7, is quoted Topspeed, Friday (09/10/2015).

Spur of the sector, i7 will not be a pure electric vehicle, but a blend of two propulsion electric engines and gas. The second performance of this machine specifically to work with fully electric machines, gas or both the electricity and gas.

However, some reports estimate that i7 will use a bigger engine than i8 which carries a three-cylinder engine capacity of 1.5. While the newest family will use a four-cylinder engine that produces a total of 544 hp.

Although these products have been introduced informally to the media, the German manufacturer will launch  i7 in 2018.
